• Bumped version to Bliss 14.8
• Updated security patch to October 2021.
• Updated vibrator values for OnePlus HAL (fixes vibration pattern).
• Fixed vibration pattern on gesture navigation (fixes potential double vibrations on back gesture. Now like oos stock haptics).
• Fixed DT2W on Ambient.

Device Changelog:

• Fixed Ambient gestures and touchscreen gestures in OnePlus Settings.

Notes:

• This build works for the OnePlus 9R as well.
• Safetynet passes by default.
• OPCam is baked-in.
• Gapps inbuilt.
• TWRP inbuilt.
